Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TravelGrab (the "Service"), operated by Nolan Watts and Max Alonso ("TravelGrab," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Note: This document is a good-faith description of the terms on which we offer the Service. It is not legal advice.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you are 13 or older and able to form a binding agreement.
2. The Service
TravelGrab is an AI-assisted travel planning tool. It helps you discover destinations and activities and generate suggested itineraries, and it surfaces flights, hotels, and activities from third-party sources.
We are a planning tool, not a travel agency or seller. We do not sell flights, hotels, tours, or any travel product. When you choose to book, you are directed to third-party websites (such as airlines, hotels, or booking partners) to complete your purchase. Any booking, payment, cancellation, or refund is a transaction solely between you and that third party, governed by their terms.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Affiliate relationships
TravelGrab participates in affiliate programs, including through Travelpayouts. This means we may earn a commission when you book travel through links on the Service, at no additional cost to you. This does not influence the information we show you, and we aim to present options fairly.
5. Third-party content and accuracy
Information on the Service — including activity details, descriptions, prices, availability, photos, and AI-generated itineraries and descriptions — is drawn from third-party sources (including OpenStreetMap, Wikimedia, and others) and generated in part by AI. It may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate.
You should independently verify all important details — such as prices, availability, opening hours, visa or entry requirements, and safety conditions — directly with the relevant provider or authority before making plans or bookings. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content, and AI-generated suggestions are provided for convenience only, not as professional travel advice.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
- Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the Service except as expressly permitted.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Misuse the Service to harass, harm, or infringe the rights of others.
7. Intellectual property and third-party data
The Service and its original content (excluding third-party and user content) are owned by TravelGrab and protected by applicable laws.
The Service incorporates third-party data under their respective licenses, including data from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, licensed under the Open Database License), Wikimedia/Wikipedia content, Foursquare open data, and photographs from Unsplash and Wikimedia Commons. These remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their licenses.
8. User content
You retain ownership of the trip details and preferences you provide. You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (for example, to generate and store your itineraries).
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT IS ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAVELGRAB AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY BOOKING. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TravelGrab and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
